We partnered with the Wella brand, which offers hair care products, including styling, care, and coloring lines. The goal of the campaign was to increase awareness and sales of Wellaflex products, educate consumers about their benefits and proper use, generate word-of-mouth, create organic content on social media, and gather product feedback.

Our Actions

Influencer Identification: We selected 1,300 Nano and Micro Influencers who best matched the brand’s criteria, had the potential to generate WOM, and were active online.
Support and Education: We provided influencers with starter kits, education, and support to help them create authentic and engaging social media posts that would raise product awareness.
Monitoring and Analysis: We tracked the campaign’s results by reporting on influencer activities and conducting social listening.

Results

The estimated reach of the campaign on social media exceeded 16 million. Influencers generated 2,773 posts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. 99% of influencers would recommend Wellaflex products to their friends. Additionally, influencers conducted 2,263 product trials, allowing consumers to directly experience the benefits of Wellaflex products.
