We are currently looking for a full-time Art Director with strong motion design skills for the TERRITORY Agency Team in Budapest. 

Are you a creative genius with an eye for design that could make even Picasso jealous? Do you have a passion for social media that rivals a teenager’s addiction to TikTok? If your answer is „yes” to both, or even if you’re just an artistic maverick looking for a creative home, you’re in luck!  

You’ll be the (motion) design wizard behind our clients’ social media empires, multi channel designs and moving image. We’re looking for someone who can make pixels do the tango and colors sing in harmony. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conjure up Instagram-worthy visuals, moving image and mind-blowing artworks that make our clients’ social media accounts look like a virtual Louvre. 
• Not just feel but dictate the rythm in your video edits and curvy splines of animation 
• Keeping up with the latest design trends, from neumorphism to glitch art (and maybe even inventing a few of your own). (and share hilarious memes in the office group chat). 
• Turn brainstorming sessions into laughter-filled creative bonanzas that result in killer ideas. 
• Adaption of content that is not dull but stays ahead of the design curve.

Qualifications:

• A portfolio that’s so fresh it practically has its own Snapchat filter. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (bonus points if you can Photoshop your way out of any situation), along with a penchant for experimenting with new motion or editing tools. 
• An eye for detail so sharp it could cut through steel (figuratively, of course). 
• The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the balls, even when your desk is filled with stress-relief squeeze toys. 
• Degree in design (or a good excuse why not). 
• Fluent in English. 
• At least 3 years of work experience.
