Your responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and accurately input financial transactions into our reporting-files and coordinate the booking with our accounting providers.
• Monitoring the accountant´s work (accounting provider) in order to reach an appropriate month-end closing.
• Issuing outgoing invoices and forward them to the accounting provider.
• Managing incoming invoices and forward them to the accounting provider.
• Preparing the monthly end closings including revenue accruals, provisions as well as intercompany reconciliation.
• Responsible for meeting the group deadlines within the monthly-end closings.
• Coordinate and prepare reports.
• Process payments (payables & receivables).
• Be the contact person for our project management team regarding financial questions.

You can provide:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economy/Business Administration/Finance&Controlling
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Minimum 5 years of experience in thIe field of finance / controlling
• Native Hungarian with advanced business English skills
• Good communication skills as well as analytical abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Distinct understanding of financial numbers
