In April 2024, we partnered with Milli to boost consumer awareness of two new limited-edition dessert flavors: Milli Ananász-Kókuszos Krémtúró (pineapple-coconut) and Milli Karamellás Körtés Krémtúró (caramel-pear). The goal was to leverage authentic, face-to-face recommendations from everyday dessert enthusiasts while creating buzz both online and offline.

Our Approach

To create impactful awareness and generate consumer trust, we activated 500 carefully selected Nano and Micro Influencers. These influencers were passionate dessert lovers, and their existing online presence aligned perfectly with Milli’s brand values. The influencers actively shared photos, recipes, and personal experiences on social media, generating natural Word-of-Mouth (WOM) recommendations offline among their peers.

Results

Over the course of four weeks, our 500 Nano and Micro Influencers successfully created and shared 1,221 pieces of content across their social media channels, featuring creative ways to enjoy curd-based desserts. These authentic recommendations resonated with both their followers and their offline communities.

Key Achievements:
• 98% Recommendation Rate: An overwhelming majority of the influencers recommended Milli’s new flavors to their friends, family, and followers.
• 690K Online Impressions: The campaign reached an impressive 690,000 online impressions, increasing the product’s visibility across social platforms.
• 90K Offline Reach: Influencers further extended their reach by engaging in personal recommendations during face-to-face interactions.
• 6.6/7 Product Impression Score: Influencers rated the new Milli Krémtúró flavors highly, demonstrating strong product satisfaction.

By leveraging the authenticity and credibility of Nano and Micro Influencers, Milli successfully drove meaningful engagement with its new flavors, achieving both high online visibility and real-world conversations through WOM marketing.
